Monitoring, configuration and alerting flows; wireframes and prototypes reviewed with operations users; a grid dashboard system that stays legible at high data density.
Real-time analytics
Live energy and performance views over WebSockets, with drill-down from fleet overview to a single device's history.
Shipped & maintained
Containerised on AWS EC2 and on-premise Linux, managed over SSH from a single codebase.

Designed around the operator's alarm flood, not the feature list.

Priority models, acknowledgement flows and shift-handover views that let a small team triage thousands of BMS alarms without losing the critical one.
